Your lifestyle must be implement along with this type of diet, do exercise regularly, have good enough sleep every night (sleep early), quit smoking, eat more natural low in fat and sugar such as fruits, veggies, whole grains, non-fat dairy and fish. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Don’t lie down or go to sleep after eating. Eat earlier in the evening, prefer before 7.00pm.
